In an effort to reduce contact between Solid Waste staff and the public, Skagit County Solid Waste will no longer accept cash payments at the Skagit County Transfer and Recycling Station on Ovenell Rd, starting Saturday April 4, Only Credit Card or Check payments will be accepted from self-haul customers.
